Way to go Truckee as we raised over $10,000
for Truckee Baseball.
Top Ticket Sales went to D.J. Barbato of the
Angels/Majors with a total of 116 tickets sold...with a
little help from his Dad, Danny (sell-it-babe) Barbato,
Thanks Danny.
Second place, goes to Cody Tilton also of
the Angels/Majors as he did an unbelievable job of selling
83 tickets, basically door to door - Awesome Job Cody.........
Third Place went to my All-Star, Nicolas England
- Angels/Majors with 68 Tickets Sold.
Fourth went to Cooper Krug - Angels/Majors, great job by
his whole family, Aleigh, Beth, & Jerry Krug.
Fifth Place goes to Eli Yale - Padres/Majors, and Thanks
to his dad Steve for his efforts.
Top Team Sales goes to the Angels/Majors, Way to go Angels,
as they also won their Division and the Championship Game
Friday Night.
Honorable Mention goes out to the T-Ball Timber-Rattlers
with 93 tickets sold, and an amazing showing from Ryan Rintala,
Austin Michael Espinola, and Jacob Moyle, and Thanks to
the Dawn Rintala, and the rest of the parents of this team
as they really got behind Ticket Sales.
The majority of ticket sales came in the last
few days, and all of Truckee & The Parents of Truckee
Little League should be proud of what they have accomplished.
We learned many things along the way, and
the amount of work put in by all the volunteers has been
amazing. Hugs and Kisses to my Wife Anne England, as she
has been a huge help throughout. We also need to thank John
Tone, Desmond Elder, Plumas Bank, and all the Boys @ Thin
Air for their hard work.
Now it is the time to focus on All-Stars for the next several
weeks, and then work on further fund-raising to achieve
the goal of $25,000 for Truckee Little League.
