Two Ways to Sign Up:

Player Fees

League age is the age of the player on April 30th of the current year.

Families with more than one child in the league receive a $40 discount for the additional children.

Scholarships are available to low-income families. Please inquire at registration, by calling 584-1142, or e-mailing: TLL2008@truckeelittleleague.com.

Birth Certificates

All players must have a copy of their birth certificate on file with Little League. Please bring or mail a copy when you are registering, even if you have played before.

Minor or Major Division players will need to provide an original certified copy of their birth certificate if participating in postseason play.

"Certified Abstract of Birth" documents are not acceptable. Contact birth hospital or county regarding acquiring a birth certificate.

Coaches and Volunteers Needed

Truckee Little League needs to fill a number of positions ranging from coaches and managers to umpires and other assistants. We are especially in need of Tee Ball coaches. Important Dates

Tryouts

All players who sign-up will be placed on a team. Tryouts are just our method to assess players to create evenly matched teams. Although tryouts are not mandatory, we ask that all players aged 7 and above attend at least one tryout. Five year olds and many six year olds do not tryout. They will be placed on a Tee Ball team. Six year olds with a year of Tee Ball experience may tryout with the seven year olds if they would like to tryout for a Farm Division team. Players wishing to play in the major division are required to attend a tryout (unless they have played in the major division previously) and are also required to register by March 22nd.
